I have downloaded the verification file directly from the NSW page to my site's root and also added th "nortonsw" meta with the key to my site's home page but the verification keeps failing: http://www.lindseycoffee.com. This is an ecomm site, so the index transfers to http://www.lindseycoffee.com/mm5/merchant.mvc, but the verifiation IS in the root, so why won't it accept?
