As long as you have successfully followed the procedures for verifying ownership for your site, then it has been queued for analysis.
Since your site has not yet been rated, you may not have the option to file for a reevaluation as there is nothing to dispute at this point.
The evaluation process may take 10 to 14 days, however there have been times that I have seen ratings applied in a shorter time period.
If your site is not rated within that time period, please let us know.

as i see this site "https://safeweb.norton.com/" appears after i click on the site "https://safeweb.norton.com/signup" and i can not see any signup page i am From Iran i don't know why i can see this page "https://safeweb.norton.com/signup" please sign up for me if you can please

I just went to that link. The page itself is blank, but if you go back to it and look in the top right hand corner, you will see a choice of login or signup. Click on signup and you will be taken to a page where you can enter your information.

The signup option seems to work fine for me. Can you try that now? Irrespective of where you are located, the page should work for you.

The signup page and login page don't work in Iran .
Don't you believe me please tell a person of your User in Iran he or she will say that in iran these page can not appear and the page

Not that we don't believe you. I was thinking if there was some intermittent problems with the SafeWeb login page that would have prevented you from accessing it. Can you tell us the error message that you are see when accessing it?
