I am not sure this is the right way to ask this question but I have spent hours trying to get my site reviewed so that the ? in replaced with a green check mark. My site is an e-commerce site and I believe I am loosing sales due to the "not rated" status. I followed the directions that were provided, created a file in dreamweaver 8 posted in the public_html folder and at a higher level. The file verification works but when I click on the site owner verification it tells me it cannot verify owership.
My site URL is as follows: www.thelolitastore.com. How do I get the ? removed from my site-I am very concerned on the financial impact this is having. Please note the the entire site is located on a secured server - could this be an issue on why the site ownership cannot be verified?
