Unable to verify the verify ownership for the Website: www.eloquentfavors.com

Hi,

 

I am the webmaster for my sister in laws website www.eloquentfavors.com. I copied and uploaded the root folder to the website and I am able to see it via the link sent by email.  I clicked verify ownership and nothing happend.  I assumed it would take a few days to a week or two but it still shows untested.  I had my sister in law change the email address to her sites email address because it was showing "email address not publicly visible".  It seems this was not the problem.  Can someone tell me what/how to get the site verified so we won't scare potential customers away?

I do recall one of the Symantec representatives explaining that it takes approximately 10 days to two weeks to complete verification.  I will advise one of the reps of your post, so you get some confirmation on the timeline.

I submitted it on May 18 so it has been a month since.  Thank you so much for your quick response and I hope they will come through.:smileyhappy:
