I'm afraid my business may be affected by the greyed question mark. I have added a publicly viewable file at the root folder of my Web site and had verified ownership, now how do I submit site re-evaluation request? I clink on the link http://safeweb.norton.com/site_dispute/dispute/8869 and it only shows me remove site from your profile remove site from your profile and unsubscribe to rating change. When I click on standard dispute process it brings me back to http://safeweb.norton.com/help/site_owners . I'm going nuts, this website is not user-friendly :-(
Now I'm not sure whether my site is awaiting for testing or not, as there is no indication at all?
