We have been trying to get Norton Safe Web to verify our web site for some time.
We have submitted two support tickets which have gone unanswered.
We have used both the meta tag and uploaded file methods with no results.
Our site uses Site eXpress.biz editing software and the web published files may not be on our server host - at least we think that may be the problem.
Our Flickr and YouTube sites both are Norton verified as are all the sites that are linked to us and are repeaters.
How can we resolve this issue?
