Since this method does not allow for the automated verification process, someone from the Safe Web team will have to be contacted. I have pasted the authentication file code in my keyword metatags. The website is www.norasherbs.com. Is there anything else to do?

The authentication code in your keywords meta tag is properly placed and I shall notify the Safe Web team who will manually verify site ownership. Allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.
Once ownership has been verified, your site will be queued for the rating evaluation.
Be sure the code remains in place until ownership is verified. Leaving the code in the meta tag will not affect your site or the visitor's experience.

I have been trying to verify my site www.mattos-world.co.uk/joomla. I have done the HTML in the joomla folder and also added the meta to my theme. I am not sure if its something to do with subfolders but i wouldnt think so.
All i get is unable to verify, i have even messed with permissions on my server to see if they were stopping it but alas no :(.

Thank you all for your assistance. Our website uses SiteLock through BlueHost which appears to cause issues with the verification process. I was able to temporarily disable the "firewall" used by SiteLock. This allowed me to perform the site verification and submit a dispute. I appreciate all the help.
