We have been trying to verify 2 websites with Norton Safe Web - www.readyrefund.com and www.djonesaccounting.com. The sites were created using Homestead Sitebuilder. I have followed the directions and received the email with the HTML file to add to the different sites in the root directory. When I visit the hyperlinks, I am able to see the pages. However, when I go back to SafeWeb to verify ownership, it keeps saying that the site verification failed. Not sure what to do next....been at this for a few days now. We are not looking to do any e-commerce and either site, just trying to show the site is safe.

Kevin,
It would be a great help to others with the same issue if you would go to the post that resolved the issue for you and click the Solution button there. As the original poster, you're the only one that can do so.
(Also, if you think a poster was particularly helpful to you in any way or if you think he or she did something special, you can award them a "kudo" by clicking on the appropriate button.)
