Need help, Norton internet security has blocked System mechanic  analyzer from accessing NIS_18.1.0.37\BASH\BashOpts.bak

 

I'm just wondering what (open file) means in relations to this, does it mean System mechanic tried to open the file, or does it mean the file is open?
