Uncategorized sites still being blocked after changing setting

Why does my message keep posting without any text???? (I now suspect a posting problem with IE 9. When I switched to Firefox and edited this message, it posted just fine.)

 

Fourth attempt to ask my question: Why does Online Family keep blocking uncategorized sites after I unchecked that selection over a week ago? My daughter uses Firefox so it's not an IE issue.

Sorry, I gave more information the first three times I tried to type my question. After my daughter was blocked from the uncategorized website, I did verify that I had unchecked that selection and updated the settings a week ago...it is still unchecked.
