I started my MacBook. Norton application would not open and I had to force quit it (the app icon kept bouncing) and restart my computer. Once the program finally opened it showed a blocked connection I have not seen before. Below is a summary of the details of the block.
Can someone please help me understand what the different fields mean? For example, what does local address host mean? The source of the block or the target of the block? This is the first time I am seeing “my MacBook” in the host field. Before it’s been IPV6 addresses I am not sure of. I also had WiFi off when the computer was initially started (not sure if that affects what shows below).
And never saw “amazonaws” before in previous blocks. There were multiple at the exact same time but the digits in the first part of the host address varied. Thank you for your help.
