Welcome,
Which 'previous' veersion are you looking for? And, the obvious question - why?

It may be possible but the program will know that it is not the current version and try to update itself.

Keep us posted

I want my gadget back - and I am so tired of these tech weenies having to change the look of thing everytime they update a product.  Why can't they just fix the issues and let the program look the same as it did before?  They have to put their mark on it - like a dog pissing on the corner to mark the territory.  Off my soapbox now -

Hi,
Your gadget isn't coming back. Even with the older version it isn't available. Microsoft found that there was a security issue with gadgets and killed all of them for everybody. Sorry :smileysad:

While Microsoft advise us to disable gadgets they have not actually killed them.  What I have done on my Windows 7 system using v20 is to click the small triangle in the Notification area.

Select Customize and look for Symantec Service Framework and change it to Show icons and notifications and click OK.  This is almost the same as the gadget.

If you want to go back to v6 first export your ID Safe data in CSV format. (If you use that feature)

Uninstall N360 from Windows Control Panel and restart your computer.

Download a fresh of v6 from -

www.norton.com/n360s_6 for the Standard Edition

&

www.norton.com/n360p_6 for the Premium Edtion.

Remember to run Live Update restarting where required, until no more updates are available.
