Unexpected Error Occurred

The Norton Chat was useless as well. I even had the guy take over my computer and all he did in 1 hour was verify that i was running an activated version of Norton Software. I've been getting this issue for over a month now, and i don't think its "going to work itself out". I cannot manage my account at all or any of my services. I have 5+ activated accounts and my subscriptions are running out. So far i am not getting anywhere with Symantec tech service. My next course of action is to call them directly and hope i to talk to someone in North America!
