Unhappy Customer (+14 Years) with Norton Live Chat

I'm having a problem installing NIS 2014 on one of my computers. Everytime I download from my Account Management or any link for NIS 2014, I am getting the Trial Version with my keykode on that Trial Version stating "You Have Exceeded The Number of Installations Allowed For This Product key Code". I went to Norton Live Chat on September 1st and chatted with [Removed]. The instructions was to go to my Account Management and make sure only 3 computers showed and download from Management. I was very busy this week so I didn't have time to do so. Today I tried it with same results, Trial Version showing up. I deleted all computers from Management and tried again with same results. I do a lot of uninstalling and reinstalling with Norton for testing purposes. I asked if the keycode could be reset, No. Today I went to Norton Live Chat and chatted with Marienette:

David: When I activate the product with my key code I get "You have exceeded the number of installations allowed for this product key.

Marienette: Kindly run first the "LiveUpdate".

Marienette: After the LiveUpdate, activate the product key again.

David: Live update does not work.

David: Is there any way to give me a new keycode with my remaining days left 11/29/2015

This can be cleared up with a new Key Code because this has happened many many years ago and the New Key Code did the trick. This type of Customer Service is unexceptable for Loyal Customers.
