UniBlue disables Norton

My son installed UniBlues' SpeedUpMyComputer, it disabled Norton 360 5.0, we uninstalled UniBlue, still did it, we uninstalled Norton, reinstalled Norton, still disables. Any help appreciated, Thanks

auto-protect disables shortly after startup
