A renewed subscription recently came out my bank account $194.99AUD for 5 licences on my laptops, which was expected but then 10 days later another payment was deducted from the same account for $134.99AUD for what appears to be another subscription but i do not know what for as only the one shows up in my account, how can i find out what the second payment is for? it does not appear in my subscriptions.
