Uninstall from Firefox 3.6 both Norton IPS and Norton Toolbar

My Comcast internet provider recently switched to Norton from another security provider, and offers NIS 2010 as the replacement product.

NIS 2010 recently installed both Norton IPS and Norton Toolbar Add-ons to my Firefox 3.6 browser.

I did not request these Add-ons!  They were installed without my knowlege.  I cannot uninstall them, only temporarily disable them.  They re-enable themselves after a computer restart.  The uninstall button is greyed out.  They options button is greyed out.  There is no way to remove them completley and prevent them from reinstalling themselves.

Do you know what this sounds like?  It sounds like a virus.

I want both this Norton IPS and Norton Toolbar Add-ons removed from Firefox 3.6, and removed from my computer.

Word to Symantec.  Dont install Add-ons in my computer without asking me, and then dont allow me to uninstall it.  Your program is acting worse than the viruses it is intended to prevent.
