I believe I have a program called connectwisecontrolclient-3app unlawfully and I need help to uninstall! Not very computer savy
Connect Wise seems to be a remote access program used by help desks. Have you allowed anyone to access your computer remotely?
Check your Windows control panel to see if you can see that app installed. If so, uninstall it from there.
Do a full system scan with your Norton product to see if anything is detected. Then I would suggest a second opinion scan using the FREE version of Malwarebytes. You can find it here http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
Be sure you do not accept the offer of the free trial of the Premium version.
When I try to chat with Norton support my screen is manipulated to prevent that from happening
