I am trying to upgrade my copy of Norton Ghost to Version 14.0. I have tried to unistall 9.0 but it tells me that I must remove an older version that is no longer on my laptop. I recently purchased a new laptop und used PCMover to move applications from my old laptop to my new laptop which included Norton Ghost 9.0. It appears that Windows Installer thinks that there is an older version but there is not. How do I remove the older version and/or the 9.0 version from WIndows installer?
