We recently installed norton safety minder on a samsung galaxy ace smartphone to test it out. We've since changed the account information and now the device that was set up to be monitered will not accept the new, or old, username or password and will not allow us to make changes or to uninstall it. Add to that the fact that the app is now not working properly, interfering with normal use of mobile internet, and we find ourselves in a frustrating situation! So far I've found nothing that deals with this particular issue so have joined the 'community' for help. Anyone, please...??
