Its nu 15 and I get an error when I try to reinstall, something about an older version. I tried downloading and installing nu 16 but it wanted nu removed first too.

Hel Lesliepear,

Can you please try reinstall NU 15 in Safe Mode and let us know how it goes?

Same error about a newer version being there when I rebooted the PC (running windows vista) in safe mode.

I really want to get both NU and NIS 2012 reinstalled - i think something got messed up between a vista update/system restore.

Hey lesliepear,

Can you please take a screenshot of the error message that you get when you install the software?

Hello Leslie,

I've sent you a Personal Message. Please let me know how ti goes

Hello, I am having the same problems and messages as leslypear that you inboxed.  Could you please let me know how to address this problem? I already went into HKEY CURRENT USER AND HKEY LOCA MACHINE and deleted the folders.  However, it will not let me uninstall or reinstall.  This is 2012 Utilites with current updates until maybe a month ago when it expired and problems started.  Thanks.

I have the same problem as lesliepear.  I have the same message boxes.  I can't uninstall to reinstall because of this problem.  Please advice.  I keep getting a popup box stating there is a problem.  Thanks
