I am having the same problem that many others here are having. I try to log into vault. It takes me to the norton idenity safe log in window. I log in and try to again log into my vault and it takes me back to the norton log in window. It’s like a never ending cycle. I have tried all of the “try this, try that” solutions and as soon as the 45 minute limit is up and I have to log in again, it starts all over again. I don’t have the patience to deal with it anymore. At this time I think it would be better for me to just uninstall vault and be done with the hassle. Norton needs to address some of the problems the customers are having and adjust their program to meet the needs of the customers. So unless someone has a better solution or until norton improves on its product, they are going to lose many users!!
