I assume (1) you can run NSW either by an icon on your desktop or START | PROGRAMS and (2) the icon for NSW is on the Add/Remove Programs list? (It happens infrequently that a program is uninstalled, but its icon remains on the Add/Remove Programs list.)
You can go to SYMANTEC.COM and search for Norton Removal Tool or SYMNRT.EXE, and that will remove all Symantec programs from your system.
