Uninstalled NIS 2011 but see no increase in remaining activations in Norton Account

I managed to uninstall Norton Internet Security 2011 from a harddisk taken from a broken PC in order to install it on a newly built PC as recommended on the Symantec site.

I see no adjustments (increase) in Remaining Activations in my Norton Account. Is this correct?
