Hi, I recently liked my Norton trial edition of 360 so much I purchased a year subscription for up to 3 PC's and in the process of uninstalling/re-installing Norton 360 for Norton 360 Premier my Online Vault will no longer open. I get to the login screen and login to my account than when it asks me for my Online Password I input it and the program freezes at "Opening" and does not respond at all. I cannot access my online Vault please help me fix this ASAP since I rely on that vault for password entry on websites....
Also make sure you have been using the same Norton account for your trial product and your paid product. You can confirm that by logging in your account; there you should be able to see in the product list "Norton 360 trial - expired" and "Norton 360 Premier". If you have created by mistake a second account for the product you purchased then you probably won't be able to log in to your online vault which is stored to the first account.
No It's something else. I just had a tech from online chat support spend hours trying to fix it rebooted PC multiple times and tried every troubleshooting in the book to no avail. He is trying to transfer me to a supervisor now but although he said I would have to "wait a few mins" The logmein rescue support session has yet to transfer to anyone else. Maybe all supervisors are unavailable at this hour or maybe the software is having some unforeseen issue that even they cannot figure out.
Ether way the support tech Dadasaheb Pansare has set me up to transfer the case to someone else it just has not been picked up yet by anyone... I think he got as tired with it as I did and just gave up...lol
He tried what you suggested and more to no avail...lol
