Uninstalling failed installation of Ghost 15 on WIndows 7/64

I botched the installation of Ghost 15 on my Windows 7/64-but computer and would like to remove it.  I didn’t think my first click on the Installation button registered, so I clicked again, inadvertently starting a second install.  I cancelled both when I realized what was happening, and now I have an incomplete installation.

I tried to repair and remove/uninstall it using the installation CD, but I get error messages about missing files.  I tried the Norton Removal Tool but get stuck when it says I need to uninstall Utilities 14 using Add/Remove Programs.  Utilities 14 is not listed there because I installed Utilities 15.

I would like the option to reinstall it after the failed installation is removed.

Thanks for the help.

hey Jim_McD!!

you might want to use NRT 2-3 times after reboot for complete removal. i have read quite a few posts of this nature.
