Uninstalling Norton IS from old pc and installing on new pc

I have recently purchased a new computer to replace a very old one.  I currently have Norton Internet Security 2012 with one license key installed on this old computer.  If I uninstall this from the old computer, under my license terms, I am permitted to install this on my new computer and continue with my remaining subscription?  Thank you.

Hi Nick,

 

You need to remove the license of old computer if you wish to transfer the license to new computer.

 

1. Goto https://manage.norton.com/Account

2. Login using your norton credentials (to which your product key is registered)

3. It will list the devices against your product with an option to 'remove license'

4.  'Remove license' of your old computer

Then you can activate your new PC with the key you have.
