I have NIS 2009 expiring. I tried to download 360. It said it was automatically removing prior/other versions. Upon restart my computer crashes in normal mode & will only start in Safe Mode.
I did a system restore, downloaded the removal tool manually and as soon as it tries to restart again it crashes in normal mode and will only open in safe mode. I verified that the removal tool removed NIS.
I had to restart in safe mode and system restore again. Help??
