Suddenly, Download Insight reports “Unknown” on many applications. Firefox installer exe , ATI video card driver exe, HijackThis exe - lots of files that should have a status does not. Is this happening to someone else? Using NIS 2010.
Norton Insight network is reportedly offline at the moment, according to my NIS Insight Details window.
I was wrong - still happening.
If I download the Firefox exe installer, for example, download insight doesn't tell me that it's safe as it used to. And same thing if I right-click and scan it - unknown.
