I've received this virus (probably, spyware) by icq:
_ttp://filesharea.ru/id_1743/userfoto_5285.JPG
_ttp://filesharea.ru/id_1743/userfoto_5286.JPG
I don't know where i need to send this information.
I've tried to live chat with support for 15 minutes, but it gave NOTHING.
See, on every page of kaspersky's site there is link: "Send us a suspected virus".
Why is it nothing like that here?

You will first want to upload to virustotal.com for anylysis. As for now, set Norton's heruistics to "aggressive" and rescan the files to see if Norton detects it.
Hi ex-LEND,
Please first submit them using the link that Quads gave you ( https://submit.symantec.com/websubmit/retail.cgi ) as soon as you can, so that we can analyze the threats.
Thanks for your help!
I sent it and system says, that it is already known virus.
I really use Symantec antivirus, and there is no new virus definitions yet.
What I am to do?
i sent the file to symantec and vir def for it ll b in2 3 days.
But the real problem i suppose is there is no link at symantec to submit an url in which virus exist, we have to download the virus and then submit.
So, adding a feature to give link in website would b good step.

Absolutely! Supposedly this is what Safe Web (currently in beta) is all about; but that's not what appears to be happening.

Hi ex-LEND,
For the best response, questions regarding Symantec AntiVirus can be asked on this board .
Is there a heruistics setting? If so, set it to aggressive, which increases detection significantly.
