Support has remoted in to my computer 7 times in the last week attempting to repair. They have removed and reinstalled twice. The live update works fine for 1 day but will not work the next. The program has worked fime until the last 3 weeks. Have 5 pack and the same issue is occurring on 3 different systems all windows based. Windows 10 is not installed.
The sessions last night ended and I saw the program perform live update. This morning live update stayed on for hours and never performed. You have to go to task manager just to turn off.
