Unsafe Site warning

I keep getting the following warning using various apps on my iPhone 15 Pro Max:   Unsafe  "app-analytics-services.com:443"  We recommend you do not use this site.

So how do I block the site or is Norton already doing that?

I've tried researching on the WEB but can't find anything.  The only option Norton gives me is to "Allow access to site"

There's no direct option to block it. You might need to delve into Norton's settings or use additional security measures like content blockers or firewalls on your iPhone to restrict access to the site. I was also facing the same problem with https://instaproapkk.in but thankfully, now the issue is resolved.

I'll notify my contact to look for your logs.

I logged out, deleted Norton360, rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app. Shortly thereafter the warnings returned. So far, I’ve sent in 2 error logs. The issue hasn’t been resolved.

Kevin Rokosh:
This hasn’t been “resolved.” It’s April 11 and I’m still seeing the warning pop up even when I’m not touching my iPhone. Must be an app in the background. I wish Norton would either provide more details with the warning, like which app is involved, or reference a log file to view somewhere. Manually disabling Background Refresh is a very clunky way to debug this ourselves.

As another user has reported this was resolved on their device, I would suggest uninstalling 360 from your device. Restart the device and then reinstall 360 and test to see if you still get this warning.

If you do, please send logs to Norton to help diagnose your problem.

Start by opening iOS settings on your device and scroll down to the bottom where the apps are listed. Tap on the Norton  360 app and tap to Enable Debug Log.

Now use your device until it causes the issue you are having. Then open the 360 app and tap on the three bars at the top left, then tap Help. Tap on Send Error Report and fill in any information requested. In your submission, please include "forum 'your username' " in the Case ID section of the report. Also include a link to this thread.

If you do send logs, please let me know and I'll notify my contacts to look for them.

It has been resolved. Thank you

I have been told this false detection has been removed as of Sunday March 31. Please check again.

I am having the same issue when I go into the Nextdoor app on an iPhone.

Unfortunately there is no logging available to users of the iOS 360 app that could identify what app is involved .

If you are seeing this regularly, you might try going through your iOS apps and look for any that have Background app refresh enabled. Then try disabling that feature for one app at a time and see if you still see this block message. When you find the one that no longer creates the message, you may have found your app.

Hi, I have the same problem. How do we identify which app generates this warning? The warning described by CPremo pops up without me actively working on the iphone.

Here is an explanation of app analytics from Singular dot net    https://www.singular.net/glossary/app-analytics/#:~:text=Mobile%20app%20analytics%20provide%20insights,it%20is%20fast%20or%20slow.

If you have the Safe Web feature turned on, Norton should be blocking access to the data being sent from your app.

What apps are you seeing this message for?

Lets ask @peterweb

OK, but what do I do to stop the various apps I use from accessing this site?  Is there something I can do to protect myself?
