Unsubscribe does not work

I've been registered on this forum for at least a couple of years now.  I've NEVER received any emails regarding responses to questions/threads on this site.

A couple of months ago, all of a sudden, I started getting TONS of emails about responses to this question or that question, this thread or that thread........and they won't stop!

I am NOT following any threads or questions myself, so there is no reason for me to be getting any of these emails.

I've also clicked on the "unsubscribe" links in the emails, and all I get is "ACCESS DENIED", even if I am signed into my account!

I can't believe that Norton makes such great security programs for computers, but can't seem to do anything about all the bugs this website has!!

If nothing is done about this problem,  I will just have to mark these emails I'm getting as SPAM.

Thanks @kwrp, Please let us know if you get any new email notification that you haven't subscribed to from Norton Community Forums.

Oct. 27 @ 2:55pm was the last notice I got, from post 'Insufficient program Norton 360 Premium - does not know POP3S to check port 995 - please write me how to set it in MS 365 Outlook'.

@kwrp, We recently had a forum email notifications issue caused after site maintenance which should be fixed. Can you please let us know when was the last email notification that you received? Also, please share details like forum post subject/title or notification email details?
