Unterschiedliche Meldungen/Anzeigen Dark Web Monitoring

Auf meinem MAC wird in der Norton App angezeigt ich soll Dark Web Monitoring aktivieren. In meinem Online Account wird aber angezeigt das er bereits aktiviert ist. Im Chat konnte mir nicht weitergeholfen werden

On my Mac, the Norton app tells me to enable Dark Web Monitoring. However, my online account shows that it’s already enabled. I couldn’t get any help via chat.

This feature is available only for users subscribed to Norton 360 plans that include Dark Web Monitoring. This feature is not available in all countries.

Dark Web Monitoring is a service that scans for your personal information on hard-to-find dark websites and forums.

Activate and monitor your personal information

1. Open your Norton device security product.
2. On the left pane, click Identity.
3. In the Identity dashboard, in the Dark Web Monitoring tile, click Activate.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate Dark Web Monitoring.
5. Once the activation is complete, in the Dark Web Monitoring tile, click Open.
6. If prompted, type in your Norton account credentials, and you can add your personal information. You can also view and monitor your personal information.
