I just updated to 2011. And i'm wondering if there it still lists unused port blocking in the log. I don't see this happening now, like it would everytime for a while after I would shutdown a torrent or p2p program. Is that not in this version?
I mean as soon as i would close a program. Norton would start blocking that unused port. Is there a way to check it sstill doing that? Norton doesn't think the port is still in use do they? I have stealth port blocking set to on.
I used to love looking at this list. Especially after you guys added the ip and port to the main list to scrooll down. I can see if there is one certain computer making repeated attempts... or Just a slew of pcs that were in que before i closed. Or if its a port that I don't even use! or for numerous reasons its good to know. I can see if its because i just recenlty shut down a certain program by the port number. Or if i haven't open said port in a day and for some reason now its getting probed...etc etc...
now I never see norton blocking any ips or ports at all in the log? does it not display anymore?
now I mostly see norton insight analyzed this and that taking up the whole log with nonsense....Which i don't really care about. I usually only look at the list for IP and port numbers lol. which i see nowhere now. whats going on?
