Unwanted Change to browser settings

Suddenly my browser has change to something called ‘smartingly’. How can i get back to my previous ‘Google’ search? I also have something called ‘onebrowser’ that I can’t remove.

Norton hasn’t detected anything but I can’t turn this ‘smartingly’ off

Help please.

As your Norton scan did not find anything, I would suggest a second opinion scan with the free version of Malwarebytes that looks for some things that Norton does not focus on.
