Dear Norton,
Yesterday I received the update NIS to 20.3.0.36, unfortunately I have a problem with NIS User Interface that I got "Unwanted the Black Line" on the main window of NIS 2013, the problem occur after I click the right part (i.e the family) and the Line Permanently staying on the main windows of NIS 2013...please see on attach screen capture.
Please advice how to solve this problem should I downgrade to earlier version of NIS 2013 that have the big issue for shutting down the computer....
