I recently received a pop up about a Norton Antivirus for Mac upgrade. I started the upgrade which gave me a notice about "removing current product" for about 15 minutes then crashed. The product was gone from my Mac. I downloaded an reinstalled and the product will not start. When I double-click on Norton Antivirus I just get "Norton AntiVirus Cannot be opened because of a problem".
Help! There's nothing worse than paying for product and then not being able to use it.
