Update crashed my NIS09

 After todays update my NIS 09 goes crazy, I updated and noticed it was norton product update about 5-6 MB.. 
After restart status is At Risk and I can't open, scan or update NIS...  what's wrong? 
I have Vista Ultimate x64 and NIS 2009 16.1.0.33.
