My Norton 360 Premier updated last week and I could not log into my identity safe because it wanted me to log on to my Norton account first and that would not work.
After a few minutes on line help from a support worker this issue was fixed.
But My computer runs 24/7 and before the "update" I could log in and out of Identity Safe as and when I wanted,
NOW it logs out on its own so when I go back to the Internet it shows Vault is CLOSED clicking on this part of the tool bar used to open the window to log in to Identity Safe but now it won't.
I open Norton to log in and it says I have to log into my Norton account and it won't work!!!!!
I have to restart Windows then I can go straight to log into Identity Safe.
Updates are to make things BETTER not WORSE.
