Just to clarify for thosse who would know the answer to your question --

 

Are you located in and so logging on from the USA or from Germany?

 

Some systems detect where you are coming from and react to that but there may be a way of logging onto the German website.

Looks like the answer is there from voyager10.

 

If you still get redirected to the US site then you might have to find a cookie and delete it but that URL took me to the German site. However Symantec may have views on whether that site is licit -- although the law on DRM in Europe is different to that in the USA.

I just checked out that link and if you select NIS and then 2008 you get the add-on pack:
