I did the update from NIS 2009 to NIS 2010. It did not carry over my subscription. Instead it said I had 15 days left on my trial version. When I click Activate Now, it says Activation not complete. No response from the Symantec Server.
This has happened for two days. Granted, I am attempting this in the evening, Eastern Daylingt Time. I have even done a complete uninstall and fresh install of NIS 2010 with the same result.
