Last week I had NIS 2009 currently on my cpu. This week I got a prompt to update an upgrade to NIS 2010. I started the process to download NIS 2010 and there was an issue because of Webroot Spysweeper, that is currently on my system. NIS 2010 stated that the two programs are incompatible. I paid too much to let go of Webroot that quickly, so I skipped the process of deleting it. After awhile, five minutes or so, the download stopped and the window closed. Now, for some reason, NIS 2009 has been deleted from my cpu and my account history has been cleared showing no activity. I am trying to find my print out for my product key code for NIS 2009. I have no idea what happened and I am not very happy at all. I have three months left of a subscription with Norton and Webroot is good until 2011.
Where do I go to download my original copy of NIS 2009?
What if I can't find my product code for NIS 2009?
Can anyone help me?
