I was chatting with a Norton rep earlier this morning about renewing a subscription for NIS 2010 versus purchasing the 2011 version. In the end, the rep provided me with a link to download NIS 2011. I was not charged for this. Also, I had 21 days remaining on the subscription with the 2010 version. After installing the 2011 version, running LiveUdate, etc., I decided to renew the subscription for another year. When I click on the Renew link, a window opens asking me for a product key. I don't have such a key. Searching on Norton for where to find the key revealed that if I downloaded NIS 2011 from Norton's website, I would receive an email from Norton which would contain, among other things, the product key. No email has been received. Without the product key, it would seem that I can't renew the subscription. Any thoughts and info would be appreciated. Thank you.
