hi there i bought norton internet security 2012 and i have a problem with the update my norton icon is red with cross and when i install the latest update from your site for my product and patch it,it turns green and it said last update 5 seconds or 6 or 3 etc,but here comes the problem when i click on LIVE UPDATE,the update size is too big although the last update time is 5 or 6 or 3 etc.so why this happens please help......
