Update: Security Issue

Turbo suggested Malwarebytes. i downloaded and installed it. though it seemed liked it fixed the problem at first. it did not. i ran full scans with both Norton and Malwarebytes a few times and i still get these pop ups. it seems the problem is getting worse. all the pop ups i get have audio. some audio starts before pop up shows.

 

any help is much appreciated.
