My NIS is saying I need to fix a problem. When I click on the button, it starts running LiveUpdate. after the updates are downloaded and processed, I click ok (it gives me the go-ahead that everything was fine) and then the problem page says the problem is not fixed. When I tried running the support it said it enabled something but that didn't work. Then I tried chart support and that didn't work either. I checked my settings and I didn't see anything that stuck out.
What am I doing wrong?
