Updating card info for subscription

Trying to provide updated card details for imminent renewal:  all entered correctly, I press "I am not a Robot" and then "Submit".  After 5 seconds a message appears "Please select a different payment or country".  This must be a fault, all details are correct and the same bank as for several years, except new debit card replacing expired one.

I had the same problem today Aug 31, 2023.  I entered the correct information, clicked on I am not a robot and saved.  I am in US.  Your system still says that I need to update billing information.

Are you in Europe? The banks there have a problem with entering new Credit Card information so your best bet would be to try renewing with direct debit, with your IBAN nr and BIC code, this should work for sure. Don't forget all capitals and no spaces.

P.S. did you turn of Automatic Renewal prior to entering Billing information?
