I am IT challenged so please bear with me with this question.
I have bought the 2011 edition of Internet security as my 2010 version is about to expire. When I update do I need to download the delete software tool to get rid of the 2010 version and then install the new product or do I just insert the 2011 renew disk.
Secondly do I have to do anything with the files that have been quarantined in the 2010 version before renewing?
