Updating Subscription

assuming you have a Norton account it may show your current subscriptions.

 

It certainly will be easier I suspect if both your subscriptions are listed.

 

You can chat for symantec or call customer services and they resolve this for you. Perhaps if you explain your dissatisfaction with NIS and the upgrade to N360 it may become easier.

 

Thanks for the response. I've had this problem in the past when upgrading from one version of NIS to another and I've spent too much time trying to talk to a support tech. However, later versions of NIS allowed one to enter a license number in order to get the days added properly.

 

I have not found the setting which allows the same action for N360.

 

In the old days, NAV would look to see how many days were left on the ond subscription and automatically add the days remaining to the new NAV's one year subscription.
